By accessing or using the services of Anmar Enterprises (hereinafter "Anmar", "we" or "the Platform") through the website anmarenterprices.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use.

If you do not agree with any of the provisions contained herein, you must refrain from using the Platform and its associated services.

Anmar Enterprises is a platform that combines specialized human talent with technology to offer product development, marketing and capital access services. Services are organized into three areas:

• Build: Development of digital products (websites, apps, custom software, e-commerce). Our team creates the technical plan and a team of engineers executes it. The client approves each iteration via chat.
• Marketing: Digital marketing strategy, ad content creation, social media management and customer acquisition strategies.
• Capital: Business traction evaluation and connection with funding sources. Subject to evaluation and not guaranteed.

The platform offers the following service plans:

• Validate ($147 USD one-time): Idea validation with a dedicated team. Includes a structured action plan, feasibility assessment and initial strategy session. One-time payment, no recurring charges.
• MVP (Custom quote): Full product development with a dedicated engineering team. Scope, timeline and pricing are custom-quoted based on project requirements.
• Growth (Custom quote): Ongoing development, marketing and scaling support with a senior team. Scope and pricing are custom-quoted based on project needs.

The Validate plan is a one-time payment. MVP and Growth plans are quoted individually based on the scope of the project. All prices are expressed in USD. Anmar reserves the right to modify pricing with a minimum of 30 days advance notice.

The client may cancel at any time from their dashboard. No refunds are issued for the Validate plan once the service has been delivered. For MVP and Growth plans, cancellation terms are defined in the individual project agreement.

All products, code, designs, applications or digital assets built for the client are the exclusive property of the client from the moment of delivery.

Anmar does not claim equity participation or rights over the client's product, unless a separate written agreement exists. The client warrants that they hold the necessary licenses for any material provided to Anmar for use in the project.

By using the platform, the client agrees to:

• Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information about their project and business.
• Not use the platform for illegal, fraudulent purposes or purposes that infringe on third-party rights.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of third parties in all material provided.
• Maintain the confidentiality of their access credentials and notify any unauthorized use.

Anmar provides development, marketing and capital connection services, but does not guarantee specific business results, revenue or return on investment.

In no event shall Anmar be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. Anmar's maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client in the last three (3) months of service.

Anmar maintains the confidentiality of all projects, ideas and data shared by the client. We do not disclose sensitive client information without express consent, unless required by law or competent authority.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Access to funding through the Capital module is subject to discretionary evaluation. The client's business traction does not guarantee funding approval.

Any investment agreement is formalized through a separate contract between the parties involved. Anmar does not act as a regulated financial advisor or financial intermediary.

Anmar may modify these terms at any time. In the event of substantial changes, the client will be notified at least 15 days in advance via email or notice on the platform.

Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect implies acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Anmar Enterprises is legally incorporated. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably before resorting to judicial proceedings.
